Proclaimation

I REMEMBERED WHAT I WANTED TO POST ABOUT! *Ruefully lowers head* I wanted to post about how awesome God is, but i forgot. Isn't that awful?
Just to reinforce how human I am, i will also defile this post with this weeks Sentence of Supremacy: Every good princess needs to be wooed
Yes. My Evil Advisor and I came up with that one!
When I was writing my Spanish History essay last week I stumbled upon a whole section of a reference book devoted to serenading. Heh heh! A man could only serenade a woman if he was a) betrothed to her, b) desperately in love, although this would often result in his being escorted off the fair maiden's property, or c) trying his luck, in which case the lady's husband or brothers would get rid of him very quickly. Tee hee!! So there'd better be no serenading at my balcony or Mrs Yang chase away you.
Hey has anyone seen Mrs Yang's rule sheet? You should... (But in order to do that you'll have to go to her house) Oh the beauty of taking verses out of context!

Now... on to the exciting part! The more i do this, the more it will feel like its true, to add to the fact that i know its true.

Praise the Lord! It is good to sing praise to our God;
it is pleasant and right to praise him.
He heals the broken hearted and bandages their wounds.
He has decided the number of stars
and calls each one by name.
Great and mighty is our Lord;
his wisdom cannot be measured.

I remember the days gone by;
I think about all that you have done,
I lift up my hands to you in prayer;
like dry ground my soul is thirsty for you.
Every day I will thank you.
I will praise you for ever and ever.
The LORD is great and to be highly praised;
his greatness is beyond understanding.
What you have done will be praised from one generation to the next;
they will proclaim your mighty acts.
They will speak of your glory and majesty,
and I will meditate on your wonderful deeds.
I will proclaim your greatness.
They will tell about all your goodness
and sing about your kindness.
The LORD is loving and merciful,
slow to become angry and full of constant love.
The LORD is faithful to his promises;
he is merciful in all his acts.
He helps those who are in trouble;
and lifts those who have fallen.
I will always praise the LORD;
let all his creatures praise his holy name for ever.
Let them all praise the name of the LORD!
His name is greater than all others;
his glory is above earth and heaven.
With my heart I will thank the LORD
How wonderful are the things the LORD does!
All he does is full of honour and majesty;
his righteousness is eternal.
In all he does he is faithful and just;
all his commands are dependable.
They last for all time;
they were given in truth and righteousness.
He set his people free and made an eternal covenant with them.
Holy and mighty is he!
He is to be praised for ever.

That will do for today. Those words were selected from Psalms around 110 and 140.
