duckies
today is all about duckies. No heavy stuff. no confessions. no offloading!!
I just saw the tiniest little ducky-wuckies swimming in the pond next to the big campus library. They were so small and precious.... and the yellow on their wings was so bright it was almost green...
oh i love duckies so much! My friend Joy has just challenged me as to whether i like duckies or squirrels more... and it was a jolly hard decision... but i think the duckies won out! And if you know how much i like squirrels then you will be impressed!
So todays thoughts are all light and fluffy and happy.... so if you're reading this? think of your favourite thing..... right now... keep thinking.... *aah!* doesn't that feel good :)

Whats weird is how ugly ducks are. They start out relatively cute, and the somewhere, they lose it all.

squirrels are cool.
i saw some in London - competing with the pigeons for breadcrumbs.
their movement is... hard to explain - they just seem to 'flow' along the ground.
Ducks are funny though, Nathan :P its kinda like chickens, eh? baby chicks are so adorable, and hens/roosters are really weird and hideous. But they make funny noises. I can make good chicken noises... ask me sometime *big grin* i practised long and hard!
And Dan... tell me more! squirrels!! they have a special way of moving??
The only place i've really seen pictures is at www.steveswebpage.com thats steve from blues clues, and somewhere in the site there are squirrels....
Did they throw stuff at you? My friend Joy said they throw acorns at her! but then i'd do that too, if i was a squirrel!!!
oh dear! i just realised, Nath, that you said "ducks start off relatively cute" RELATIVELY? RELATIVELY? *its okay michelle, breathe!* *gasps for air* "relative" to what? What is cuter than duckies? (Apart from me of course) (NO! I jest!) (duckies are way cuter than me...in fact, i dont know of a lot that is cuter than duckies... but APPARENTLY NATHAN DOES!!! WHAAAAAAAT???!!!???!!! I know you're sick at the moment... but this is phychiatrist stuff.... *wink*
i just saw the duckies again!! AGAIN I SAY! *gleeful laugh* THERE WERE FIVE! with the (according to Nathan) ugly mother duck.
Now i will no for sure if anything happens to them.... (which it wont)

*giggle* i saw them AGAIN!!! hee hee hee... tuesday = ducky day!! i love those little duckies... i think they mean something to me! oh no.. im getting attached to animals!!
aah... so happy.. just saw them again! but they're getting bigger... me no likies!!
